Founded in February 2005, HomeBase Promotions is a San Antonio, TX based internet promotions and design company that promotes independent hip hop and r&b music artists, models, entertainment industry professionals, and special urban events via our website network and social buzz marketing tactics. We are a small company with a specialized staff that has over 20 years combined experience in the urban entertainment industry.

The company was started by 4 founders: Bruce, Chris aka "Popthadamtrunk" aka "C Dub", Michael "The Phenomenal One", and Takeyla "KeyIce", who felt that there was a lack of information by promoters about the awareness and details behind urban events. They used their personal event experiences to create a company that would provide event goers with information that they were interested in knowing about events, such as cost of admission, where the "go to" spots were in a city, etc.

Our unique grassroots approach to promoting is designed to appeal to music fans and party goers and represent from their perspective, while at the same time, assisting artists, models, & entertainment industry professionals to build their brand image, utilize social networking tools to get more exposure, and manage their fan base.

Our primary target audience is hip hop and r&b listeners 18-35 years of age, with an emphasis on college students and Texas cities. We often network and collaborate with promoters and venues in order to maximize attendance at their events.

Currently, our website network primarily features websites catering to major Texas cities, however, in the near future, we will be launching a series of new websites that cater to other U.S. cities, all 50 states, the general urban music audience, as well as to entertainment industry professionals.
